31 December 2017 - Shannon’s aunt and uncle was nice enough to take us on a road trip to Chapmans Peak - a beautiful peak overlooking mountains and towns. It was a misty day, but it added to the greatness of the nature and mountains. I suggest visiting for a picnic, or just too take some breathtaking photos.
We drove along the mountains and saw a pristine beach; luckily we were close enough to go have a look. It took a while to cross the expanse of sand to get to the water, but it was worth it. The beach was clean and beautiful, with a few lonely houses in the area.
The day was nature filled; the perfect combination of mountains and ocean.
