One of the best plant based restaurants in Ghent is the Le Botaniste. They have a wide variety of plant based dishes, all delicious and interesting. On my last day in Ghent, my friend and I visited the restaurant and were delighted by the combinations of ingredients.
They’re prices are reasonable, especially for the amount and quality of the food. They also have a selection of wine which looked very appetising.
The shop itself was just as beautiful as the food served, with different styles and decor combined to create a fun, yet sophisticated atmosphere.
